Here are the lovely ladies of the house; Laila and Celine my two sweet god daughters and their beautiful Mom, Jill.

Leila has no fear of the water...in fact, she's like a fish. A fish who loves the color pink.

Here Celine joins here for a game of water basketball.

Sulay gets the grill going...under the watchful eye of Nick.

In the end, Jill did the grilling, quite perfectly I might add. And they say grilling is a "guy" thing.

Nick enjoys his post lunch cigar. The day was perfect and we always have a great time with Jill, Sulay and the girls.

On Sunday, Nick went up to Foxwoods for gaming and golf. So Cat, Jordy and I headed for Down the Hatch. There we saw this boating canine anxiously waiting to get out on the water.

Believe it or not, this is a boat. They had pulled up to the dock at Down the Hatch, presumably to stock up on beer. It was a beautiful day and there was quite a crowd on the deck.

We met these charming bikers from New Haven. They had come down on their Harleys for the day.

Someone had even come in by plane.

That night there was a beautiful sunset. Took this out our window past our neighbors chimney...isn't it an edgy shot?

On Monday the 4th we worked on the script for our next episode and did a photo shoot.

Yes.. we need lots of stock photos for our many media projects, and with Jordy behind the lens, we managed to get a few.

June 28th & 29th - A midweek business (and pleasure) trip to Boston.

We left Danbury quite early and arrived in Boston at about 1:00. We alway stay at the Colonade in the Back Bay. It's a great hotel, and they alway give us a cute little rubber ducky.

Here's Nick with our friend Sophie. We always look forward to seeing her when we're in Boston.

Sophie's so nice...she got us VIP tickets to Speed, Style and Beauty at the Musem of Fine Arts.

Let's see...I like the fact that it's convertible, 8 is my lucky number, and a european licence plate is always sexy...yeah, it's good.

I love, love, love red car. Specially when they look like this.

When we got home we introduced our new ducky to the rest of the family.

Weekend - June 25th & 26th - It was a hot, steamy weekend...

Just the way we like it!

basically, we spent the entire weekend sitting in cafes sipping drinks and dining outdoors. Here's Jordy at the Cafe at Richter Golf. I told her I'd make her a tryptich, so I did.

Cat & Pat, the Tabouli Twins...need golf lessons.

A little later Nick took us to Jaipore, our fave Indian Restaurant.

...where we had a lovely Indian meal. Tikamasal al Fresco...what could be better?

Sunday, June 19, - Tuesday, June 21, 2005 - At Foxwoods, and the beautiful Lake of Isles golf course for the Native American Classic

Ok, these are my wonderful, cute, totally stylin' golf shoes. I got so many compliments on them...and I don't even play golf. In fact when Nick proposed I join him for this weekend, I said, "I hate golf!" Well, in the end, I had a terrific time.

We awoke Monday morning to a stellar day. The shadow of the hotel lies over the forest as the mist rolls out in the background.

Let's hear it for the guys! Nick, Jerry, Eli and Charlie.

OK so I know how to drive a golf cart.

The clubhouse overlooks a lake. It has a natural rustic feel to it...seems the area was a scout camp in the old days.

Here's Mary...not only is she a really good golfer, she's also super nice, funny...and extremely patient. I rode in her cart and she explained everything to me!

Jerry is a great player. Nick is observing closely.

Hmmm...let me try out my putting skills...OK, so it didn't come anywhere near the hole... big deal.

It's so pretty! There's water everywhere... and islands and bridges.

I've never watched Nick play before, and I have to admit, he was good. Of course he didn't hesitate to point it out. Most said that it was only because he was desperate to impress me.

Everyone's playing so well...and I really enjoy sitting in the golf cart taking the sun.

The casino rises in the distance...behind the big gambler...ummm, I mean the big golfer.

Everyone else was hot, but I was cold. I guess that's because they were moving and I was...just chillin'. Yeah, that must be it.

The 11th hole is great...you can't see it from here but the green is way down below on an island in the middle of the lake.

After the tournament there was a cocktail party out on the deck.

I had such a good time. I think I'm going to try to learn this game...maybe.

When we got back to Foxwood's the butlers prepared us an extraordinary dinner...as usual.

The sashimi is always perfect.

Of course the deserts and chocolate confections are always wonderful. Often they have a gambling theme...
